Order Dispatch & Preparation
We only dispatch
Standard-Delivery orders on
Tuesdays and
Thursdays. We do not dispatch any orders on Mondays. We
have an order cut-off point for UK Standard Deliveries
of 2:00pm on Tuesdays and
Thursdays. Orders placed after this time will be sent
out on the next Standard dispatch day.
If you need to
place an order for dispatch after this time,
please call
first to confirm if this is possible before placing your
order, as we cannot commit to customer-imposed deadlines.
Most smaller web
orders are dispatched within 1-2 days following the date of order.
At Glowtec we go the
extra mile to ensure your order arrives in perfect
condition. To ensure this we invest in high quality
packaging materials and employ a strict packaging
quality standard to achieve this end.

Most
orders are dispatched the day after they are placed.
Urgent Orders
We do
not currently offer a 'guaranteed' Next-Day Delivery
Service. However, If your
order is genuinely urgent, we will try to help you out
wherever possible, however please do not assume your
order will be delivered next-day.
Please
choose the COURIER / SPECIAL DELIVERY option. This will ensure
your order arrives the day after
dispatch. This may be
1 or 2 working days after the order was placed.
To avoid disappointment,
please call us to
discuss urgent orders first, as we cannot be held to
customer-imposed deadlines.

Email Order Confirmation
When you
place your order online, our system will
send you an email order confirmation /
invoice with an 'RC' number. Please
quote this number with any queries you may
have regarding your order.

Paying by
Credit or Debit
Card
Glowtec use
SAGEPAY
and
PAYPAL to securely process all credit and debit card payments.
All these companies provide a safe and secure means of processing a credit card
payment, without your card details ever being revealed to any
individual.
As payment by
phone is insecure, we regret that we cannot
accept payments over the phone.

Pay by Cheque or Bank Transfer
If you prefer, you may
also pay by cheque or postal order. Please print of your
order receipt and send together
with your payment, to the address shown on the order
page. If paying by Bank Transfer, please quite your
Invoice or Sales
Order number as the payment reference. |

International Orders
International
orders do incur higher shipping costs. However
we will keep these costs as low as possible. For
larger / heavier orders, should there be any
significant additional cost, we will advise and
you have the option to cancel or pay any
surcharge / insurance cost.

Purchase Orders
In certain
cases such as NHS, Education, Local & Central
Government etc, we will accept
Official Purchase Orders
on a strict 30 day
settlement basis.
