How does it work?
When a person stands between
the shadow-wall and the light source, the wall will absorb the light except where their
shadow falls. After a brief exposure, the light is turned
off and they will be amazed to see their shadow captured right there in
the Shadow wall.
Once kids (of all ages) discover they
can make hundreds of silly shadow-shapes, it will keep them amused for
hours.
A large sheet of
photo-luminescent vinyl absorbs Ultra-Violet light energy and then releases
this energy again as visible light energy.
This special advanced material
has the amazing property of rapidly absorbing light, then emitting this
light as a bright green light. The material will then quickly diminish so
you can use it again and again and again.

Please Note:
This Shadow wall will require a bright light source (not
included) such as a large Camera Flash Unit, UV Blacklight or Halogen
Flood Light or
similar. Always stand close-to and facing the Shadow wall with your back to the
light source.
The Shadow-wall is a lightweight vinyl sheet which should be mounted to a
flat surface prior to use.
The 2011 (old) sheet comes with a self-adhesive backing the material can tear
easily, so to avoid damage to the sheet, you may find it simpler and easier
to mount both versions (2011 and 2012) by applying spray-adhesive directly to its backing, or to the
surface to be mounted.
